JIVAMUKTI OPEN

Welcome to the Jivamukti Open class! We start with a chant and a little talk about how philosophy connects to our monthly theme (you can check it out at http://www.jivamukti.com). Then, we dive into a vigorous Vinyasa practice that includes all five groups of poses: standing, forward bends, twists, backbends, and inversions. Expect to move to the rhythm of Sanskrit mantras, world music, and cool Indian beats. This class is for everyone, no matter your level. You can go at your own pace with the teacher’s verbal and hands-on guidance.

JIVAMUKTI SPIRITUAL WARRIOR

If you have a busy schedule, the Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior class is perfect for you. It only takes an hour and is designed to be dynamic and energizing, helping you get fit quickly. The class follows a set routine with a Vinyasa flow, including a warm-up, some chanting, and a moment to set your personal intention. Beginners are absolutely welcome, so don’t hesitate to join in!

JIVAMUKTI BEGINNER VINYASA

New to yoga? The Jivamukti Beginner class is a gentle and thorough introduction to Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa involves moving through a series of poses, or asanas, in a smooth sequence. We go at a slow pace so you can really explore each pose, focusing on coordinating your breath with your movements and aligning your actions with your spiritual intentions. Even if you’ve never tried yoga before, this is a fantastic place to start.

JIVAMUKTI BASIC

The Basics Series class is all about proper alignment in yoga poses, making it different from the flow-focused Open and Spiritual Warrior classes. Here, you’ll learn how to perform each pose correctly and how to use props to help you. It’s a great class for beginners or anyone looking to refine their technique.

JIVAMUKTI RESTORATIVE

We spend much of our week getting things done. Restorative yoga is designed to give you an opportunity to relax, settle into your own body and shift into “being” mode.This class is suitable for all levels. No experience with yoga is necessary to receive the benefits.
Classes will begin with some active asanas (postures) before settling into the restorative practice of letting go and releasing tension. The asanas are supported by blocks and other props and often held for several minutes at a time. Meditation is also practiced. Expect to leave class feeling nourished and refreshed.

VIN YIN

Vin Yin Yoga combines the best of two worlds: energizing Vinyasa and calming Yin. The class starts with flowing Vinyasa sequences to awaken the body, build strength, and enhance flexibility. It then transitions into the stillness of Yin yoga, where longer-held postures promote deep relaxation, joint health, and mental clarity. Suitable for all levels, this practice offers a balanced approach to movement and stillness, helping to restore harmony and rejuvenate both body and mind.

VINYASA FLOW MIXED LEVEL

Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga style that links movement with breath, creating a flowing rhythm. In this mixed-level class, we follow a sequence of poses connected to our breathing, offering a smooth and balanced practice. It’s perfect if you have some yoga experience and want to deepen your practice and explore a variety of poses.

VINYASA FLOW BEGINNER

New to yoga? Our Vinyasa Beginner class is a gentle introduction to yoga, where simple movements are connected to your breath, bringing balance and calm to your mind and body. Vinyasa means “to place in a special way” in Sanskrit. In this class, we’ll focus on basic yoga poses, each linked to your breathing, creating a continuous and soothing flow. It’s ideal for beginners and those new to yoga.

YOGA RELAXING WITH MEDITATION

Looking to relax and de-stress? Our Yoga Relaxing and Meditation class combines meditation and gentle yoga poses to help you unwind. You’ll be guided through breathing exercises, mindfulness practices, and gentle stretching to calm your mind and release tension. It’s a wonderful way to recharge and find inner peace amidst the busyness of life.

MORNING VINYASA

Morning Vinyasa yoga is the perfect yoga for energy and wake-up yoga to awaken body and spirit. Vinyasa Flow can be your everyday yoga morning class as it includes the full body, some balancing poses, openers, hip openers, body stretch, and everything you need to rise and shine. Enjoy your morning flow and have a wonderful day

COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS (Donation-Based)

Join our Community Yoga Class, open to everyone and based on donations. You’ll experience different yoga styles and techniques in a balanced practice that includes chanting, physical postures, breathwork, meditation, and relaxation. The goal is to promote health and wellness for all, regardless of financial situation. You can contribute whatever amount you’re comfortable with, making yoga accessible to everyone.

FLY FIT

Fly Fit is yoga with a twist—literally! Using a hammock or yoga swing suspended from the ceiling, you can perform unique poses that aren’t possible on a traditional yoga mat. It’s a blend of yoga, Pilates, aerial arts, and acrobatics, offering a fun and challenging workout.

YOGA FOR SENIORS (Donation-Based)

This class is a wonderful way to stay active, improve physical health, and maintain mental well-being, even with limited mobility as we age. The teacher will guide through gentle posture by adapting poses and using props, breathing exercises, and meditation so elderly individuals can safely enjoy the benefits of yoga and enhance their quality of life. It is donation-based classes so the financial situation is not a barrier to achieving better health and well-being at any age.

YOGA FOR ALL (Donation-Based)

It is donation-based classes so health and wellbeing are accessible to all. All your contribution will go towards supporting the animal welfare in Cambodia. While you are experiencing peace and love within yourself on the mat, you are also supporting the animal welfare off the mat. This class is designed for all levels, so whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you’ll find something to enjoy. We’ll explore various aspects of yoga, including chanting, alignment with creative props, and flowing asana sequences that will leave you feeling peaceful and at ease.
